The Delaney plan—named after our oldest daughter—features 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, with an optional bonus room that can serve as a 4th bedroom. With the additional room included, the plan comes in at 2,086 square feet.
The Ola plan—named after Brandie's middle name—is a classic 4‑bedroom, 2.5‑bath design with 2,220 square feet. It features spacious his‑and‑hers closets and a generous two‑car garage.
The original Paislie plan—named for our youngest daughter—features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms across 2,416 square feet. It includes a Jack‑and‑Jill bathroom, a spacious master suite with a large soaking tub, and a generous side-entry 3‑car garage.

The coastal Paislie plan features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 2,215 square feet. While it includes a few minor changes from the original Paislie design, it remains very similar in layout and feel. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a hall-access bathroom, and Bedroom 4 includes its own ensuite. This version also offers a 2‑car front‑entry garage.
The Brooke plan features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with 1,903 square feet, plus an optional 456‑square‑foot second‑floor bonus room. It includes a huge master closet, an open living area, and a shared bathroom for Bedrooms 2 and 3.
